Healing is possible, and it starts here. Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious for so long that it has started to feel different from how you usually are. Maybe depression has made the smallest tasks feel overwhelming. Maybe life has changed in ways you didn’t expect or are prepared for— a new country/city, a life transition, a loss — and you’re not sure how to find your footing again. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know: you can find yourself again and reinvent. Therapy should feel like a safe conversation, a way back to that part of you that you used to love and that you cannot see today. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to you — because no two people heal the same way: EMDR for processing trauma and painful memories; CBT to shift thought patterns that keep you feeling anxious or depressed; DBT to learn coping skills; ACT to accept what we cannot change and make it more doable and less painful. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in TX and CO, offering therapy in both English and Spanish. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and general mental health counseling. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of who you are and where you come from.
